Headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA, Action Sales is a manufacturer’s representative that operates in California, Washington, and Nevada. Servicing the plumbing industry for over 25 years, Action Sales specializes in pull through sales while maintaining wholesale relationships. Action Sales has a built a reputation for creating and maintaining direct interaction at the contractor level and a propensity for pioneering new product lines.
MEET THE TEAM
Doug established Action Sales in 1990 and is responsible for the overall sales in all territories. His dedication and drive have created an award winning sales agency that stand testament to the quality manufacturers and products Action Sales represent.
Jake is an outside salesman and job site specialist with 15+ years experience. He calls on the Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno markets. Jake’s skill set has enabled him to contribute in a variety of roles, including builder, contractor, and wholesaler accounts. Jake excels at generating and maximizing relationships, creating effective distribution partners, and delivering an unparalleled commitment to clientele.
Greg currently resides in Vista Ca and covers the Greater San Diego and LA markets. Greg has been in the building industry for almost 40 years. He has been a licensed General contractor since 1987. He worked for a national Home Builder (Centex Homes) for 8 years, the last 4 of those years in the SD office in purchasing and estimating. From there Greg joined Action Sales. After moving back to the East Coast in 2008 for 8 years, He is back in Southern California and back in Action Sales.
Janeen has been with Action Sales since 1995. She covers the Bay and East Bay areas. Her specialty is wholesale accounts. She has established strong relationships in the plumbing industry that have served her well. She also helps manage the sales staff.
Jen Mejan resides in the Inland Empire and proudly serves the Southern California market. With over 11 years of experience in sales, she has built her career in developing strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing reliable solutions backed by outstanding support. Jen strives to be a trusted resource and valued partner for every trade connection she cultivates. Jen is committed to serving the manufacturers she represents by gaining brand continuity, strengthening customer satisfaction, and expanding product knowledge throughout her designated market segment.
